- What cannot be returned?
1.1. Personalised or customised gifts
1.2. Items damaged after delivery
2. What can be returned?
2.1. Unwanted items
2.1.1. These may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2.1.2. We will collect the item at your cost.
2.1.3. You must return the item in its original packaging and condition.
2.2. Defective items and items damaged on delivery
2.2.1. The recipient must notify us of the defect or damage within 48 hours of delivery.
2.2.2. We will collect the item at no cost to you.
2.2.3. You must return all parts and accessories included with the item.
3. The process
3.1. Returns and exchanges are to be arranged by the purchaser and not the recipient (if different).
3.2. Once we have collected the item, we will assess the validity of the return.
3.3. If we determine the return to be invalid, we will return it to you and you will be charged for the costs of collecting and returning the item.
3.4. If the return is valid, you can choose from the following options:
3.4.1. Have the item repaired (where relevant and possible),
3.4.2. Have your account credited to the value of the item,
3.4.3. A cash refund, or
3.4.4. Exchange for the same or another item.
